Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

Once your return has been approved, you will receive return instructions. Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
This usually takes place within a few business days after we have received the package.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and gift cards.
